Unit shall be water-tite product code checked below as manufactured by IPS corporation in collierville, TN, as per corresponding dimensional characteristics. Pan may be installed under electric water heaters to protect against water damage.


  • Pans come with pre-drilled and non pre-drilled hole, check product listing below pan is 2-1/2 inch D and 0.55 inch thickness
  • Furnished with 1 x 1-1/2 inch PVC or CPVC drain connection drain hole is 1 inch
