Installed closet flanges shall be Sioux Chief 886 series Push-Tite closet flange. Flange ring shall have sufficient holes for securing to floor and optional notches or slots for inserting closet bolts. Flange throat shall be at least 3 inch in diameter and have smooth inner walls with no obstructions or ledges to provide full/spherical flow and clog resistance. Engineered elastomer flange gasket shall have 3 points of contact to ensure a positive seal inside any 4 inch nominal DWV piping.
